In his new release entitled "Finest Hour," Eric Christensen once again proves his unparalled command of watercolor painting.  This intriguing vignette showcases his signature complex glass reflections, rich organics and depth of color - traditionally unattainable in this medium.  Upon close inspection, you can see the silver handled cork puller reflected in both wine glasses, as well as the wedge of cheese and the wine bottle and label!

Imagine the best part of a long summer day - coming home to relax as you watch the tired sun retreat.  Once you arrive, there awaits a velvet wedge of St. André cheese, the perfect creamy companion for a fresh soft slice of seeded sourdough.
